Over 9.6 lakh students registered for the Inter 1st year and Inter 2nd year exams this year, out of which 4.8 lakh students appeared for first year exams and 4.85 appeared for second year exams. The examinations were conducted for different groups of sciences (MPC, BiPC, MBIPC), arts group (MEC, CEC, HEC). Examinations started on March 5 and concluded on March 23, 2020. To qualify the AP Intermediate examination students are required to secure a minimum of 35 percent overall and 35 in each subject appeared.
